The founding members are Action Together, Bolton CVS, Manchester Community Central and Salford CVS. They are local infrastructure organisations operating strategically and collaboratively; their shared purpose is to champion local voluntary and community action and social enterprise across the city-region to improve the economic, social and environmental wellbeing of Greater Manchester's people and communities. 10GM works to build the strongest VCSE ecosystem in England through funding programs, research, advocacy, and partnerships that address inequalities and support community organizations across all ten Greater Manchester boroughs.
