The Claremont Trust was established on July 31, 1948 in the aftermath of World War II by three brothers from the Forrester-Paton family. The Trust supports charitable purposes that assist in the proclamation of the Christian Gospel and the fulfillment of its demands in the life of society. Rather than focusing on relief and remedial work, the Trust directs its resources toward more radical and constructive enterprises, both within and outside the Church.
