Thanks to the generosity of the Allan and Nesta Ferguson Charitable Trust, three international masters scholarships have been established for the 2026/27 academic year at Manchester Metropolitan University. The scholarships are available to academically strong international applicants who have applied to study on an eligible full-time one-year masters course. Applicants must be a national of, or permanently domiciled in, one of the eligible countries. Successful scholars will receive a full scholarship and a maintenance stipend to study at the University. International College undergraduate scholarship 2026/7

The International College undergraduate scholarship is designed for international self-funded students joining an undergraduate pathway at Manchester Metropolitan University International College. The scholarship provides £2,000 for each year of the pathway course at the International College and £2,000 for each year of the main degree course when students successfully progress to the University. The scholarship is automatically assessed when students apply and does not require a separate application. Students must be accepted onto a full-time taught undergraduate degree course starting in September 2026 or January 2027. The scholarship is awarded as a tuition fee reduction for consecutive years of eligible study, available for a maximum of four years on a bachelor's programme or five years on an integrated master's programme. This scholarship cannot be combined with any other financial support from the International College.
