The Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust is a UK registered charity (No. 1098519) dedicated to bringing positive change to agriculture through the development of future leaders. Since 1947, the organization has awarded scholarships to over 1,100 members of the food, farming, horticulture and rural industries, sending them overseas to study topics they are passionate about and helping them share their ideas upon return. Nuffield Farming Scholarship

The Nuffield Farming Scholarships Trust provides scholarships for individuals working within the farming, food, horticultural, forestry, rural and associated industries or those in a position to influence these industries. The scholarship program seeks people with very special qualities who are well established in their careers and demonstrate a passion for the industry they work in. Scholars must be three years post tertiary education and aged between 25 and 45 years. The program includes a Global Focus Programme (GFP) and requires scholars to undertake travel and research in their chosen field. The scholarship is not awarded to anyone in full-time education or to further research projects, but rather to support established professionals in developing their knowledge and networks within the agricultural and rural sectors.
