GeneTex Scholarship Program

The GeneTex Scholarship Program awards a $2,000 USD scholarship to students pursuing a STEM undergraduate or graduate degree. GeneTex believes in accelerating scientific advancement and supporting young scientists as the genesis of future discoveries. The scholarship is awarded to one student twice a year - once in the spring semester and once in the fall semester. The program is open to students in good standing enrolled at accredited colleges or universities worldwide, including international students. STEM majors are defined according to the National Science Foundation's classification, including life sciences, physical sciences, social sciences, computer sciences, and mathematics. Scholarship funds are paid directly to the recipient's university, which then distributes the funds to the student. There are no restrictions on how the scholarship funds may be used. Applications are reviewed by a committee of three to five GeneTex employees, and recipients are selected based on alignment with GeneTex's values and mission statement.
