The BC Association of Healthcare Auxiliaries (BCAHA) is a volunteer-based membership organization established in 1945 to support hospitals, healthcare centres, and health services across British Columbia, Canada. BCAHA links and strengthens 62 member auxiliaries, promoting education, leadership, effective communication, and high standards of performance. The organization represents over 4,600 adult volunteers and nearly 300 youth volunteers who contribute to healthcare through gift shops, thrift stores, youth programs, and residential care facilities. BCAHA also offers a tribute bursary fund to recognize youth volunteers pursuing further education.
