Princeton in Africa (PiAf) is a leadership-development fellowship program that has been operating since 1999. The organization connects highly-skilled, dedicated, and visionary young leaders with some of Africa's most impactful organizations for yearlong, full-time fellowships. Fellows contribute to improvements in Business and Economic Development, Education & Youth Capacity Building, Public & Community Health, Environmental Conservation and Sustainability, and Civil Society across 37 countries on the African continent. The program develops young leaders of tomorrow while contributing to the growth of African-based organizations.
