The Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes (German Academic Scholarship Foundation) is Germany's largest and oldest organization for the support of gifted students. It promotes young people who shape their lives with curiosity and enthusiasm, who study and research successfully, and whose talent and personality suggest outstanding achievements in service to society. The foundation provides both financial support and non-material support through educational programs, academies, scientific colleges, and international exchange opportunities for undergraduate and doctoral students.
