The Center for Global Health (also known as the Center for Innovation in Global Health, CIGH) at the University of Chicago collaborates with communities locally and globally to democratize education, increase service learning opportunities, and advance novel, transdisciplinary, and sustainable solutions to improve health and well-being while reducing global health disparities and inequities. The Center supports public health research through international partnerships, with priorities including health and environment impacts on vulnerable populations, genomics and chronic non-communicable diseases, urban health services and systems delivery, and women's and children's health. CIGH also connects students and faculty to global health education programs, seminars, workshops, and research fellowships.
