Støtte til FoU-samarbeidsprosjekter mellom Forsvaret og industrien i Norge
Forsvarsdepartementet offers support for research and development (R&D) collaboration projects between Norwegian industry and the Norwegian Armed Forces. The purpose of this scheme is to stimulate industry and business to develop technology, products and services based on the needs of the Armed Forces. This grant supports Norwegian companies or consortia of Norwegian companies in developing competencies to support the materiel needs of the Armed Forces, strengthen Norwegian industry's opportunities to participate in international materiel cooperation, and ensure Norwegian companies are positioned to deliver materiel and services to the Armed Forces when appropriate. Projects are evaluated based on criteria including the defense sector's existing or future needs, national competence requirements, project risk and financing level, economics including life cycle costs, and relation to technological competence areas. These technology areas include command/control/information/communications systems, system integration, autonomous systems and artificial intelligence, missile technology, underwater technology, ammunition and explosives, material technology for military purposes, and life cycle support for military systems.
Forsvarsdepartementets ordning for markedsføringsstøtte
Forsvarsdepartementet tilbyr markedsføringsstøtte for å fremme norsk forsvarsindustri. Støtten skal primært brukes til å bekoste reise- og oppholdsutgifter etter statens satser for deltakende militært personell ved forsvarsindustriutstillinger, møter osv. i utlandet. Markedsføringsstøtten er primært støtte til eksportfremmende tiltak overfor utenlandske bedrifter og utenlandske myndigheter av norskprodusert materiell og tjenester med relevans for forsvarssektoren. Representanter fra Forsvarsdepartementet og Forsvaret bistår norsk industri med brukerinnsikt, operative erfaringer og opptrer som referansekunder overfor potensielle kunder i utlandet. Bedrifter som ønsker å søke støtte, må selv undersøke om aktuelt personell kan frigis fra den vanlige tjeneste for slik deltakelse.
Støtteordning for veteranorganisasjoner
This is a support scheme for veteran organizations provided by the Norwegian Ministry of Defence and the Norwegian Armed Forces. The program provides economic support for both operations and projects that create activities for and support of veterans from international operations, or activities that promote knowledge about and engagement with this group of veterans. The scheme is administered by the Veterans Department of the Norwegian Armed Forces and aims to support voluntary organizations working with veterans and their families. Applications must be submitted by June 1st for the following year. Eligibility criteria and application requirements are specified in the regulation on grants for voluntary activities in the defense and security sector.
Prosjektskjønn
Prosjektskjønn er en tilskuddsordning innenfor skjønnsrammen til kommuner i Norge. Formålet med midlene er å bidra til utviklings- og fornyingsprosjekter i og for kommunesektoren. Prosjektene skal ha overføringsverdi til flere kommuner og/eller fylkeskommuner, og et opplegg for erfaringsspredning skal inngå i prosjektet. Tilskudd kan gis til KS (Kommunesektorens organisasjon) etter søknad. Departementet kan i særlige tilfeller gi tilskudd til prosjekter i kommuner eller fylkeskommuner som gjennomføres av andre departementer. Det er ingen søknadsfrist for denne ordningen.
