Worcestershire Community Foundation is an independent charity established in 2003 that strengthens local communities by providing funding for community-led projects throughout Worcestershire. The Foundation serves as a charitable hub for the whole county, dedicated to ensuring that Worcestershire is a better place to live and work. They champion local causes, raise funds and provide a voice for the voluntary and community sector. WCF works with funders to deliver innovative funding programmes to charities and community groups, with particular focus on supporting smaller, lesser known charities who often struggle to be financially sustainable. They are part of a network of 47 national place-based Community Foundations (UKCF) which provide invaluable support to communities all over the UK.

Arts Council England Let's Create Jubilee Fund

The Let's Create Jubilee Fund supports voluntary and community groups to develop creative and cultural activities as part of the Queen's Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022. The fund has been created by Arts Council England with funds from the National Lottery. It is open to voluntary and community organisations with charitable aims working towards a common goal, including youth groups, parent/carer groups and volunteer organisations. Projects should engage with at least one artform that Arts Council England supports, including music, theatre, dance, visual arts, literature, combined arts (festivals and carnivals), and museum and library activities. Applicants are strongly encouraged to partner with an artist, creative or cultural organisation that has been in receipt of ACE funding within the last 4 years to help deliver their project. Projects must be of benefit to people and/or communities in England, with public-facing activity taking place in June near the Queen's Platinum Jubilee Weekend.
