Finlandia Foundation National is the premier Finnish-American cultural organization in the United States, established in 1953. The Foundation champions a vibrant Finnish-American heritage and legacy, building bridges between modern Finland and the United States. It enables people of all backgrounds to share in the traditions, values, and spirit of Finland and Finnish America. The organization operates nearly 60 affiliated chapters across 25 states and Washington D.C., and serves as the caretaker of the Finnish American Heritage Center, including extensive archives and artifacts, the Finnish American Reporter, the Finnish American Folk School, an Art Gallery, and the Price of Freedom Museum.
