$1,000 Blogger Scholarship

This scholarship seeks to reward an ambitious high achiever with an interest in the field of journalism and/or blogging, while fostering the interest in this field. The award is designed to boost the writing careers of potential bloggers while helping them build an online portfolio. Bloggers must submit articles consistently to a source/platform outside of Honor Society for a full semester to be eligible. Applicants must write articles for sources outside of Honor Society with topics ranging from education, higher education, high school, college, tips and tricks for students, and relevant topics in an ever-changing world. A confirmation of consistent submissions with at least one successful, published submission is required before scholarship funds are released to recipients. This can be in the form of blogs, videos, or similar content.
