17. mai-tilskudd

Bamble kommune provides grants to support May 17th celebration events in all school districts within the municipality. Each May 17th committee receives a fixed amount plus an additional amount per child of school age, and a discretionary portion. The committees do not need to apply for the grant, but must notify the cultural office of the leader's contact information and the account number to which the grant should be paid. This is an automatic grant program designed to support Norwegian Constitution Day celebrations at the local level.
