2025-2026 FAFSA Support Activities Funding Opportunity

Hawaii Community Foundation is funding initiatives to boost awareness and completion of the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) for Hawaii's students in light of changes to the 2024-2025 application process. The foundation seeks to support and partner with community-based organizations or institutions that plan to provide direct services in assisting students and families with FAFSA completion. This funding opportunity aims to address ongoing concerns about the upcoming 2025-2026 FAFSA application and process, following significant decreases in Hawaii's FAFSA completion rates. Organizations may request funding for programs, events, and activities that increase awareness and/or completion of the 2025-2026 FAFSA for Hawaii's students, with all events and activities to occur no later than July 31, 2025.
