About this opportunity
The Commonwealth Scholarships Program is funded by the Australian Federal Government and aims to assist Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students experiencing financial hardship, particularly those from remote and regional areas. The Indigenous Commonwealth Accommodation Scholarship is available to students who have relocated from a rural or remote area to study and are experiencing financial hardship, assisting with the costs of relocating and housing. The Indigenous Commonwealth Education Costs Scholarship is available to regional students experiencing financial hardship to assist with the costs of studying. Both scholarships provide financial support for the normal expected remaining duration of the course to eligible Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students enrolled at Curtin University.
