About this opportunity
The Davidson Fellows Scholarship recognizes outstanding young people who have completed significant projects that have the potential to benefit society in the fields of science, technology, mathematics, music, literature, and philosophy. For the science category, applicants must submit a substantial piece of original research work that demonstrates exceptional creativity, innovation, or advancement in their chosen scientific domain. The scholarship is awarded to students under 18 years of age who have completed extraordinary work. Applicants submit a formal research report, visual model of their research, and supporting documentation, along with three essay attachments and a video presentation. The program emphasizes social relevance and significance of the work, seeking projects that represent new ideas with high impact, innovative solutions with broad implications, or important advancements that can be replicated and built upon. Awards range from $10,000 to $50,000 based on the significance and quality of the work submitted.
