About this opportunity
The Davidson Fellows Scholarship in Literature recognizes outstanding young people who have completed significant work demonstrating exceptional literary achievement. Applicants must submit a comprehensive 60- to 75-page portfolio displaying mastery across multiple literary genres including fiction, nonfiction, poetry, and drama or screenplay. This scholarship is designed for students who have produced work of exceptional quality, not for those at the novice level. The program requires submission of original literary work created or updated within three years, accompanied by a literacy narrative, process essay, and video presentation. Two nominators who are familiar with the applicant's work must submit supporting forms. The scholarship recognizes students who have demonstrated exceptional ability and accomplishment in creative writing across multiple literary forms.
