2026 - John Curtin and Don Watts Scholars - Travel Grant

The John Curtin Scholarship Program (JCSP) and the Don Watts High Achiever Scholarship provides funding towards approved international experiences for current scholars to immerse themselves in another culture and learn about their field of study in a global context. Current JCSP Scholars and Don Watts Scholars who have not exhausted their travel grant funding are eligible to apply. The scholars must undertake an eligible program prior to completing their course of study at Curtin University. Eligible programs include international exchange, study abroad, placements, practicum, study tours, short-term programs, summer/winter schools, conferences, volunteering, and training workshops. If students' current course prohibits international experience due to accreditation issues (such as health science students), they may apply for domestic rural travel funding.
