2026 - Semester 1 - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Scholarship Program (Current Students)

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Scholarship Program at Curtin University encourages and supports Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students through a streamlined application process. This program allows students to submit one application form and be assessed for all scholarships they are eligible for. The program covers a range of scholarships available in 2025 with varying benefits, including cash payments (one-off and continuing), fee support, potential site visits, and vacation work opportunities. The scholarship is designed to support current Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students enrolled in enabling courses, undergraduate, or postgraduate coursework degrees at Curtin University. Applications are assessed by a panel using criteria including academic achievement, financial need, responses to application questions, and other relevant criteria specific to individual scholarships. Successful applicants will be awarded the highest value scholarship for which they are eligible, with some cases allowing students to select their preferred scholarship if successful for multiple awards.
