About This Opportunity

The Hatch Indigenous Engineering Scholarship is designed to promote diversity and inclusivity within the engineering industry by supporting and encouraging Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students undertaking courses that may lead to a career in the industry. Hatch Pty Ltd is a global network of 10,000 professionals working on challenging projects across metals, energy, and infrastructure sectors in over 150 countries. The scholarship provides financial support of up to $10,000 per year paid as a cash stipend, along with potential paid vacation work, potential paid part-time employment during final year of study, and potential ongoing employment following graduation. Applicants must be Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander students enrolled full-time in eligible undergraduate courses at Curtin University, including degrees in accounting, architecture, business, engineering, environmental science, information technology, law, and other related fields. The scholarship is merit-based and requires a minimum course weighted average of 55.
