A. D. Marshall Memorial Scholarship

The A. D. Marshall Memorial Scholarship is offered through the Tarrant County College Foundation to support first-generation college students pursuing an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Criminal Justice. This scholarship is specifically designed for students attending Tarrant County College who demonstrate financial need and academic achievement. The scholarship is renewable for up to four consecutive fall and spring semesters, provided recipients maintain a minimum 2.75 GPA and complete at least 9 credit hours each semester. The scholarship was established by colleagues of Pam Zipen to help students break the first-generation college barrier while pursuing careers in criminal justice. Award amounts vary based on available funding and demonstrated need.
