AAEA Undergraduate Scholarship

An annual scholarship awarded to students with superior academic achievement registered in the BSc. in Agriculture (Agricultural and Resource Economics major) or BSc. in Agricultural/Food Business Management program at the University of Alberta. Eligible students must have accumulated a minimum of 75 credits (preferably 90 credits) and be registered as a continuing, full-time student in the eligible degree program. Selection of recipients is based on academic standing, leadership, commitment, contribution and initiative at the University, in the community, and in the agri-food industry. Preference is given to students coming from an Alberta high school. The scholarship is supported by endowed funds from the Alberta Agricultural Economics Association and is administered by the Faculty of Agricultural, Life & Environmental Sciences.
