ABC for god psykisk helse: Fylkeskommunal innsats for å øke befolkningens kompetanse om å ivareta og styrke den psykiske helsen

This grant program aims to increase competence on how to maintain and strengthen one's own and others' mental health by doing something active, together, and meaningful. The program supports county municipalities (fylkeskommuner) in their efforts to raise public awareness and skills related to mental health promotion. Parallel to competence building, opportunities for such health-promoting activities in local communities should be strengthened and made visible. The target group is the entire population, with particular emphasis on the care of older people and minorities, especially the immigrant population. This grant supports county-level initiatives to enhance the population's understanding of mental health maintenance and strengthening through active, collective, and meaningful activities.
