Abe Halbreich Memorial Scholarship

The Abe Halbreich Memorial Scholarship was established in 1953 by Stanley Halbreich to support students pursuing health science education at the University at Buffalo. This scholarship is available to full-time sophomore, junior, or senior students majoring in biomedical sciences, nursing, or public health, as well as students in professional year 1 or 2 of the PharmD Program. Applicants must demonstrate financial need by completing the FAFSA and maintain good academic standing with at least a 3.00 overall UB GPA. The scholarship aims to assist students who have clear interests and goals in the health science field and who require financial support to successfully pursue their academic and professional objectives.
