Abertay RUK Scholarship: Science and Social Science

The Abertay RUK Scholarship for Science and Social Science provides significant financial support to undergraduate students from England, Wales, and Northern Ireland studying specific science and social science courses at Abertay University. The scholarship offers a fourth-year tuition fee exemption of £9,250, making a four-year Scottish Honours degree cost the same as a three-year degree in the rest of the UK. Additionally, students receive £1,000 per year for four years, totaling £4,000 in direct financial support. This scholarship is designed to make studying in Scotland more accessible and affordable for students from the rest of the UK who wish to pursue science or social science degrees. Eligible courses include biomedical science, civil engineering, criminology, psychology, forensic sciences, sport and exercise science, food science, and various related disciplines. The scholarship applies only to students who complete their entire four-year degree at Abertay University.
