Addie Worrell and Donald Richardson Scholarship

The Addie Worrell and Donald Richardson Scholarship was established by Bonnie L. Richardson, MD '85 in 2022 to support medical students at the University at Buffalo. This scholarship is designed for students enrolled in the School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences who are pursuing careers in primary care, family medicine, internal medicine, psychiatry, and/or pediatrics. The scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate a strong interest in and commitment to community health and wellness. Award recipients must complete the FAFSA and demonstrate financial need. This opportunity supports the next generation of physicians dedicated to reducing health disparities and improving community health outcomes through primary care services.
