Adele M. Gottschalk Scholarship Fund

The Adele M. Gottschalk Scholarship Fund was established in 1999 by Dr. Adele M. Gottschalk to support first-year medical students at the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences at the University at Buffalo. This scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate both high academic merit and financial need. Recipients must complete the FAFSA to demonstrate financial need and maintain strong academic performance. Recipients of these scholarship funds are designated as 'Gottschalk Scholars' and the award may be renewable beyond the first year.
