Adele MacInnis Memorial Leadership Scholarships

The Adele MacInnis Memorial Leadership Scholarships are awarded annually to rural Alberta residents entering their first year of an undergraduate degree program at the University of Alberta from a rural Alberta high school. Recipients are selected based on superior academic achievement as demonstrated by their admission average, and on leadership qualities as demonstrated through involvement in extracurricular and community activities. Preference is given to students with indicated financial need. This endowed scholarship was established by the family of Adele MacInnis, including Dr. Frank MacInnis, and his son and daughter-in-law Frank and Beverley MacInnis.
