Adrian and Elva LeBlanc Scholarship

The Adrian and Elva LeBlanc Scholarship supports students enrolled at Tarrant County College pursuing associate degrees or certificates of completion. This renewable scholarship is designed to assist students who demonstrate financial need and maintain academic progress. The scholarship provides financial support for students meeting GPA requirements and enrollment minimums, helping them complete their educational goals at Tarrant County College. Recipients can receive the award for up to four consecutive fall/spring semesters by maintaining a minimum semester GPA of 2.75 and completing at least 9 credit hours each semester.
