About this opportunity
The Agricultural/Food Business Management Scholarship is awarded annually to a student with superior academic achievement entering the second, third, or fourth year of studies in the Agricultural/Food Business Management degree program in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences at the University of Alberta. The recipient is selected on the basis of academic standing on a minimum 24 credits over the most recent September to April period as determined by the Faculty. Students transferring into the program will be considered provided a minimum of 24 units of course weight has been completed at the University of Alberta in the previous academic year. This endowed scholarship was established by the 11th International Farm Management Congress Committee, Department of Rural Economy, and donations in memory of Hubert and Jenny Copeland to support students pursuing education in agricultural and food business management.
