Agriculture Class of 1950 Bar None Entrance Leadership Award

This is an annual entrance scholarship awarded to students entering the University of Alberta from high school who will be registered in the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or Bachelor of Science in Animal Health degree program in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences. The award recognizes students with satisfactory academic standing and demonstrated leadership qualities through involvement in extracurricular and community activities. Preference is given to students with indicated financial need. The scholarship is funded through an endowment established by members of the University of Alberta Agriculture Class of 1950 through the Bar None Endowment Fund. Students are eligible to receive only one Bar None Award or Scholarship in any given academic year.
