Ahmad Murad Scholarship

The Ahmad Murad Scholarship is offered through Eastern Illinois University to support students, with preference given to individuals of Palestinian heritage. The scholarship selection process is guided by specific criteria established by the selection committee. If no applicant of Palestinian heritage applies, the selection committee has discretion to award the scholarship to other qualified applicants. Financial need is not a consideration in the selection process. Recipients are selected and the award is announced during the Spring Semester. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship upon completing the General Application through the university's scholarship portal.
