About this opportunity
The Aker Cambridge Scholarship is available to Masters and PhD applicants from Norway or with a strong link to Norway. The scholarship is tenable at any College of the University of Cambridge and in any subject. Offered in partnership with Anne Grete Eidsvig and Kjell Inge Røkkes Charitable Foundation for Education, Norway, the program was established in 2015 to support Norwegian top students so that they can learn from the best in the world, independent of their family or financial situation. The scholarship aims to give talented and ambitious young Norwegian students the opportunity to gain knowledge, inspiration and experience by taking postgraduate degrees at the world's leading universities. The award covers full university tuition fees at the international rate, annual maintenance allowance sufficient for a single person, student visa costs, Student Immigration Health Surcharge, and economy airfare to and from the UK at the beginning and end of studies.
