About this opportunity

The Alan Harrison Half-Fee Scholarships cover half of the course's tuition fees for outstanding UK national candidates pursuing MSc degrees in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply Chain Management, and Management at Cranfield School of Management. Named after Professor Alan Harrison (1944-2012), a renowned academic expert in operations management who played a pivotal role in building Cranfield into a leading international institution for supply chain management, these scholarships honor his legacy and commitment to student development. Scholarships are awarded based on the strength of the personal statement within the application, as well as the offer holder's achievements, academic credentials, professional track record and personal merit. The applicant's likely contribution to the cohort is also considered. All applications are reviewed by Course Directors Dr Hendrik Reefke and Professor Michael Dickmann following the closing date. Applicants must submit a personal statement of no more than 500 words explaining why they would like to join the School of Management. The scholarships are awarded as a tuition fee reduction and are not available as a cash alternative. These scholarships supersede the 20% merit-based scholarship automatically awarded as part of the MSc programme application.
