Albecks Mindelegat

Albecks Mindelegat is a memorial grant provided by Kjøbenhavns Guldsmedelaug (Copenhagen Goldsmiths' Guild) to support individuals in financial need who work or have worked in the gold and silversmithing profession. The grant prioritizes elderly goldsmith masters who have been shop or workshop owners and their widows, provided they meet the foundation's conditions. Applications are accepted twice per year with deadlines on April 1st and October 1st. Applicants without a connection to the goldsmithing industry will not be considered. The application requires documentation of financial circumstances including tax returns and information about changes in economic situation such as transition to pension, loss of a life partner, or expected extraordinary expenses.
