About This Opportunity

The Albert Bartlett Operations Scholarship is open to all second year BSc and first year FdSc students at Harper Adams University who are studying Food Technology and Innovation, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. This exciting opportunity is ideal for a motivated student with a keen interest in building a career in the dynamic world of food manufacturing operations with Albert Bartlett. The successful applicant will gain hands on experience by working closely with cross-functional teams to support daily production activities, contribute to process improvement initiatives, and develop a strong understanding of supply chain, quality assurance, and health & safety practices. A placement year with Albert Bartlett must be suitable for your course area. Albert Bartlett may award two Operations Scholarships and, if awarded, the successful recipient(s) will receive a significant contribution towards their education of £4,500, employment within the Operations department at Albert Bartlett during their placement year, and subject to a review at the end of placement with Albert Bartlett, there may be an opportunity of a place on the company's Graduate Programme and the potential for further funding in the scholar's final academic year. A condition of your scholarship is that you undertake your placement year with Albert Bartlett.
