Alberta Teachers' Association Gold Medal in Education

The Alberta Teachers' Association Gold Medal in Education is awarded to a student convocating from Keyano College with a University of Alberta Bachelor of Education degree who has shown the highest general proficiency in their coursework and field experiences. This is an automatic award that recognizes exceptional academic achievement and teaching practice performance. The award is specifically designated for graduates completing their degree through Keyano College and is not available to students who transfer from Keyano College to the University of Alberta to complete their degree. Recipients are automatically considered based on their completed General Application.
