Alberta Union of Provincial Employees Award

The Alberta Union of Provincial Employees Award is granted to an AUPE member in good standing and/or their spouse, and/or their financial dependent, and/or a dependent of a retired or deceased member (within a period of ten years of retirement/death) who is enrolled in an undergraduate degree program at the Augustana Faculty of the University of Alberta. Applicants must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5, and dependents must be under the age of 25. Preference will be given to students who have not received this award previously, with special consideration given to past members who enroll full-time within the first year following job elimination. This endowed award supports members of the Alberta Union of Provincial Employees and their families in pursuing higher education at the Augustana Campus.
