Alberta/NWT Command of the Royal Canadian Legion Bursary

The Alberta/NWT Command of the Royal Canadian Legion Bursary supports Red Deer Polytechnic students who attended a post-secondary program in the most recent academic year and are continuing their studies in the subsequent year of the program at Red Deer Polytechnic. This bursary demonstrates the Royal Canadian Legion's commitment to supporting education for members of the Canadian Forces community. Preference is given to students who are currently serving or have honourably served in the Canadian Forces, or students who have relatives serving or who have served in the Canadian Forces, including spouses, parents, and grandparents. The award is based on financial need and provides vital support to help students continue their education. Two awards of $1,000 each are available annually. Students are automatically considered for this bursary based on their completed General Application through the Red Deer Polytechnic scholarship portal.
