About this opportunity
The Alec Dickson Trust provides grants to support youth volunteering and community service projects across the UK. Youth volunteering has an important role to play as part of society's response to helping communities in need. The Trust welcomes applications from UK-based volunteering or community service projects that are organised and run by people under 30 years old. These grants are designed to enable young people to make a positive impact in their communities through volunteer-led initiatives. The funding supports projects that align with the Trust's mission of promoting youth-led community service and volunteering, following the legacy of Alec Dickson who founded organisations including Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO) and Community Service Volunteers (CSV).
