Alex Horton Scholarship

The Alex Horton Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship opportunity for students currently enrolled at or entering Tarrant County College. The scholarship supports students pursuing an associate degree or certificate of completion at TCC. Recipients must have graduated from a Tarrant County, Texas high school within the immediate past two years and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5. The scholarship is renewable for the spring semester if the recipient achieves a minimum semester GPA of 2.5 and completes at least 6 credit hours in the fall. This scholarship does not require a determination of financial need and is awarded based on merit. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship upon completing the General Application through the TCC Foundation scholarship portal.
