Alexander Williamson Memorial Award in Mechanical Engineering

The Alexander Williamson Memorial Award in Mechanical Engineering is awarded annually to a student with satisfactory academic standing entering the fourth year of Mechanical Engineering at the University of Alberta. The recipient will be selected based on academic standing, good personal qualities, and a high level of demonstrated effort within the Mechanical Engineering Program. This endowed award was established by Elizabeth Williamson in memory of her son, Alexander Williamson, who was formerly a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Alberta.
