Allegheny County Airport Authority Charitable Foundation Scholarship Fund

The Allegheny County Airport Authority Charitable Foundation Scholarship Fund was created at The Pittsburgh Foundation to provide scholarships for students wishing to pursue a career in aviation. This scholarship supports students from Allegheny County and surrounding counties (Armstrong, Beaver, Butler, Fayette, Washington, or Westmoreland County) who are pursuing a degree or studies in aviation science at an accredited institution. Awards are provided on a single-year basis up to $5,000, with previous recipients encouraged to re-apply in consecutive years provided they maintain their degree program and a minimum GPA of 3.0.
