The scholarship will offset some living and study related costs, giving students the freedom to focus on their education without having to work excessive hours, removing some of the barriers that may hinder academic achievement. Preference for the scholarship may also go towards supporting an Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander student. The scholarship is paid in instalments of $2,500 per semester after confirmation of enrolment at Census Date, for up to 4 semesters. Alliance Automation may also choose to offer recipients or other applicants paid vacation work or other work placement opportunities.
