Alumni Appeal Scholarship for Second Year Students

This scholarship is designed to support talented students to continue their studies at Te Herenga Waka–Victoria University of Wellington by removing financial barriers to study and success. Alumni Appeal Scholarships are generously funded by alumni and friends of Te Herenga Waka–Victoria University of Wellington who believe in the University's mission to ensure talented young people are given the chance to fulfill their potential through a university education. Each year, the University welcomes students from diverse backgrounds to enrol here. For many of these students and their families, the cost of their education may be out of reach. Each scholarship will support the aspirational achievements of students who are financially disadvantaged. Scholarships will be awarded on the basis of academic merit, equity, leadership, and commitment to community.
