American Association of University Women, Westerville Scholarship

The American Association of University Women (AAUW), founded in 1881, has been dedicated to uniting alumnae of different institutions for practical education work. One aspect of meeting this goal is providing scholarships for deserving women to further their education. The Westerville Branch of AAUW provides three scholarships each year, one for Westerville Central High School, one for Westerville North High School, and one for Westerville South High School. These scholarships support graduating senior females who have participated in extracurricular activities and community service and plan to attend an accredited college or university anywhere in the United States. Each scholarship awards $1,000 to help recipients further their educational goals.
