About This Opportunity

The Andreas Florez Music Equity Scholarship is designed to support Bachelor of Arts (Music Industry) students at RMIT University who face circumstances that impact their ability to study. This scholarship provides financial assistance up to $5,000 as a once-off payment to eligible students who can demonstrate various equity-related challenges. The scholarship is particularly aimed at students from disadvantaged backgrounds, including those receiving government benefits, living with disabilities, experiencing personal difficulties, from rural/regional areas, from foster care, or from under-represented backgrounds such as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples, refugees, or those from non-English speaking backgrounds. Only one scholarship is available per offering, making it a competitive opportunity for students who need additional financial support to complete their music industry studies at RMIT.
