Andrew Wynnyk Memorial Scholarship

Awarded to a Canadian citizen or permanent resident with superior academic achievement entering third or fourth year of the Bachelor of Science in Agriculture program, the Bachelor of Science in Animal Health or the Bachelor of Science in Environmental and Conservation Sciences program in the Faculty of Agricultural, Life and Environmental Sciences. The scholarship recognizes students with a strong interest in soil science demonstrated through their academic program and academic achievement. Preference is given to students with financial need who demonstrate involvement in extracurricular activities. This endowed scholarship was established in memory of Andrew Wynnyk (BSc Ag 1948, MSc Soils 1950), in appreciation of his support for education and research throughout his professional career.
