Andrews and Esser Scholarship

This scholarship was established in memory of Marvin A. Andrews and Charles A. Esser. The Andrews and Esser Scholarship is designed to support part-time Masters of Public Administration students who are currently working in local government. In addition to the monetary award, the scholarship recipient will be given the opportunity for a paid internship stipend, providing practical experience alongside financial support. The scholarship is merit-based and focuses on students pursuing careers in public administration and local government service. The scholarship is not renewable and is awarded through the Arizona Community Foundation.
